However, any content posted by you using open communication tools on our website grants Reclaimed Justice a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the website.

This provision applies only to content voluntarily submitted through public communication tools and does not apply to personal information governed by our Privacy Policy.

i. Methods of Payment

Third-party providers independently process all payments. Therefore, Reclaimed Justice does not collect payment card information and only receives confirmation when purchases are successfully completed.

We are not obligated to fulfill any purchase order if payment is declined, fails to process, or is otherwise rejected by the payment service provider.

Any fees incurred due to failed payments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on a specific sales page, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because many of our products include immediate access to digital content, downloads, courses, communities, templates, workshops, or educational materials, refunds will not be provided after purchase.

You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections relating to jurisdiction, venue, or forum.
